Leonardos Chatziandreou is a graduate of the Athens School of Law and practices law at the Hellenic Supreme Court of Civil and Penal Law. In 2016 he assumed the position of President of the ECALI S.A. Board of Directors. He has also worked as President for PETROLA HELLAS, while also participating as a board member in a series of companies of the Latsis Group and other charitable institutions.
JOHN GEORGAKAKIS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
John Georgakakis has obtained a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from City University of London, after his graduate studies in Political Science at the National Kapodistrian University of Athens, followed by law studies (LLB Hons, City University of London). After completing his studies, he worked at the Department of Legislative Acts of the European Parliament in Brussels. In 2013, he returned to Greece to work as a Corporate Associate for one of the biggest financial groups in the country. His duties focus mainly on Investment Management, M&As, Corporate Governance, Private Equity and Restructuring. He continues to participate in projects related to the development of subsidiaries of the Latsis group.
ALEXANDROS DIMAKOPOULOS BOARD MEMBER
Dr. Alexandros Dimakopoulos is an engineer and business executive. He is Advisor to the Board of Lamda Development, of the Latsis Group, and has been Managing Director of its core subsidiaries since 2002. His career has been in civil engineering, systems development, project finance, technology management and real estate development and management. He has been Managing Director of the Greek Public Real Estate Corporation and of the Ideal Group, a Leventis Group company, as well as Deputy Governor of the Hellenic Bank of Industrial Development. While in the USA, he has been development and technology project manager with Strategic Software Planning Corporation and Camp, Dresser & McKee (CDM) in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He holds a PhD from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), as well as graduate degrees in Management (MSc, Sloan School of Management), Technology and Policy (MSc) and Civil Engineering (MSc), all from MIT.
JOHN ENEPEKIDES BOARD MEMBER
John Enepekides was born in Athens.
He is a Partner at Rollerdeck Associates, a public affairs, risk advisory and international business representation partnership. He is a member of the Washington-based Public Affairs Council and the Hellenic-American Chamber of Commerce.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (Tufts University), a post Graduate Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering (University of Warwick) and a Master in Business Administration (ALBA).
NIKOLAS VOUTYCHTIS BOARD MEMBER
Nikolas Voutychtis was born in 1970. He is a Fellow Certified Chartered Accountant (FCCA) and holds an MSc. in International Banking and Financial Services from University of Reading, UK and a BSc. (Hons) in Business and Management from University of Bradford, UK.
Nikolas holds international and extensive experience in finance, having served as Financial Services Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Greece, Head of Group Accounting Policy of Eurobank / EFG Group and Chief Financial Officer in T Bank.
From 2010 to 2015 he worked for National Bank of Greece (NBG) Group in Greece and abroad, serving as Group's Network Head in Egypt (Deputy Country Manager) while in 2014 he was appointed Deputy General Manager, Finance (Deputy Group CFO) of NBG Group.
As of early 2016, Nikolas was appointed Chief Investment Officer of Latsco Family Office in Greece. Currently he is a non-executive member of the Board of Directors of Viva Wallet Group and Viva Bank and a member of the Board of Directors of Vouliagmeni Lake and Ecali Club. He is also a member of the Advisory Board of EOS Capital Partners.
